1974 MGB GT – Bracken Yellow, 125–135 bhp Vmaxscart Supercharged, Overdrive Gearbox
Very original and exceptionally solid, this MGB GT has been garaged its entire life. Incredibly, this car includes an extremely detailed log dating back to 1976 which included: fuel fill ups, oil changes, maintenance, and major repairs – including an engine rebuild.
Body & Interior
The body very straight and rust-free. The original exterior paint color of Bracken Yellow was resprayed at some point in it’s life. The paint presents excellent with deep gloss and shine.
The interior is completely factory original. Seats, carpets, door panels dash, and even the rubber transition piece on the top of the rocker are original to the car – remarkably well preserved – presenting very well.

Mechanical & Upgrades
Engine & Drivetrain: Vmaxscart supercharger from the UK, paired with a Weber 45 DCOE producing around 125-135 bhp. The Vmaxscart supercharger is a rare installation for any British car in the United States. They are designed better, have better hardware, and produce more power than the Moss supercharges. A boost gauge is installed in the glove box, allowing for real time information read. Upgraded with an aluminum radiator and fan blades. The engine bay appears to be the original Bracken Yellow paint. According to the previous owner, the engine was rebuilt, however we do not have specifics as to when the rebuild took place. The gearbox shifts well with no grinding or gear pop out. Overdrive works well, and is a very desirable feature for any 4-Speed British sports car.
